Use of the App
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial interview preparation. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to reverse engineer it except where permitted by law.
Subscriptions
AI/ML Interview Prep offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store.
- Monthly subscription: $9.99 per month
- Yearly subscription: $99.99 per year
Billing and Renewal
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.
No Guarantee
The app is an educational and preparation tool. We do not guarantee job offers, interview outcomes, or specific performance results.
Intellectual Property
The app, including its content, design, branding, and materials, is owned by AI/ML Interview Prep or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI/ML Interview Prep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
